Once you have run the Malwarebytes Support Tool tool successfully, you can manually delete that file as well. Please let me know if you did uninstall Malwarebytes. If you don't want to keep Malwarebytes installed on your computer, please go to this link to download the latest version of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, select the 'Advanced' menu, and then 'Clean' to remove all traces of Malwarebytes. If you don't know what it is, or you did not install it, then just delete the entire folder from your Downloads folder, unless whatever program it is, is listed in the listing of your installed programs. Just looking at the path and naming, it appears to be some kind of proprietary academic software, and they are known to generate 'false positives.' You could always upload the file (blat.exe) to VirusTotal and run a scan to ensure that it is safe.
